Seiko Arctura Review
While it’s a bit pricier then other Seiko designs, like Seiko Orange Monster, Seiko Kinetic watches not only hold their value well, but are astonishingly easy on the eyes.
The SNG043 Kinetic Arctura from Seiko is fashioned out of both a stainless steel wrist band and bezel. The bezel is painfully stationary, but we think it adds to the aesthetic appeal. The dial color is a dashing shade of blue that accents the slick silver of case.
This watch, like most of Seiko’s timepieces, is of the automatic variety. What this means is the watch self-generates energy, in turn requiring no batteries. This works only if you continue to wear it, as the arm movements are vital to keep it going.
Seiko Kinetic Arctura Features
A date calender and stylized numerals round this watch off in an artistic flourish. The Arctura is the epitome of a streamlined watch. This sleek look is extremely attractive and fits just about any body type.
Some features worth nothing on this Seiko timepiece include it’s scratch resistant sapphire dial display, it’s high quality Japanese-automatic movement, and its’ 330 feet of water resistance. All of these lovely features fit together seamlessly.
Seiko 2011 Arctura SNG043: Hands-On
If you happen to get your hands on an Arctura, you’ll notice that the ‘feels’ high-quality. That is, it’s easy on the wrist as well as the eyes. Build quality is extraordinary and maintenance/failure should be a non-issue.
The Seiko Acrtura is a solid luxury timepiece. As for slightly high asking price, we believe it’s well worth it. It’s both durable and stylish, and wonderfully accents any wardrobe, attire, and skin tone. We highly recommend the Seiko Men’s SNG043 Kinetic Arcutra.
